Wholesale Return Policies
If, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 10 days of receipt you may return any unused merchandise that is in new condition and is not modified in any way for a refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping & handling). Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and packaging; and credit is subject to merchandise being inspected by Jewels of the Reef. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way cannot be returned. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned. Please see the Return Instructions to follow.
Return Instructions for any reason
Step #1: Call for a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
To ensure that your return is processed appropriately, please contact us at craig@jewelsofthereef.com or call
1-866-966-5687 for a return authorization number (RA#), and to help you with return or exchange information. This number will insure that your return is processed correctly and in a timely manner.
Step #2: Packaging and Labels
Please complete the Return Form that we will email you (in pdf format*) with your RA# on it and include it in the package you are shipping back to us. Please ship it to us within 10 days of receipt of the RA# Items must be returned to:

Because the safe return of your package is as important to Jewels of the Reef as it is to you, please insure your package for the full value listed on the invoice. Ship your package via USPS REGISTERED MAIL or UPS and request a return receipt or Delivery Confirmation, which will assure you that your package has arrived at Jewels of the Reef. Merchandise returned is the responsibility of the sender until it is signed for by Jewels of the Reef. All jewelry will be inspected prior to the refund being processed.
