Return Policy
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 10 days of receipt you may return any unused merchandise that is in new condition and is not modified in any way for a refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping & handling). Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and packaging and credit is subject to merchandise being inspected by Jewels of the Reef. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way cannot be returned. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned. Please see the Return Instructions to follow.

Returning a Gift
We want you to be thrilled with your gift. We are more than happy to resize your jewelry if possible for a minimal cost plus shipping expenses, so please don’t hesitate to ask for this service if it is needed. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your gift, a merchandise credit good towards Jewels of the Reef merchandise will be issued for the original receipt value of the gift(s) (minus shipping & handling) that are returned by the gift recipient if returned within 10 days of receipt. The Jewels of the Reef credit will need to be applied to a new purchase as part of the return transaction and is not valid for future transactions. No refunds will be issued to gift recipients. You may return any unused gift that is in new condition and is not modified in any way. Return Instructions
Step #1: Call for a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
To ensure that your return is processed appropriately, please contact us at craig@jewelsofthereef.com or 1-808-212-8597 for a return authorization number (RA#), and to help you with return or exchange information. This number will insure that your return is processed correctly and in a timely manner.

Step #2: Packaging and Labels
Please complete the Return Form that we will email you (in pdf format*) with your RA# on it and include it in the package you are shipping back to us. Please ship it to us within 10 days of receipt of the RA# and within 60 days of receipt of the package. Items must be returned to:

Step #3: Care and Shipping.
Because the safe return of your package is as important to Jewels of the Reef as it is to you, please package and label with the same level of care as was used when you received the package from Jewels of the Reef. Please insure your package for the full value listed on the invoice for the item(s) being returned including tax and shipping. Ship your package via USPS REGISTERED MAIL or USPS Priority Mail and purchase Signature Confirmation of delivery, which will assure you that your package has arrived at Jewels of the Reef. Merchandise returned is the responsibility of the sender until it is signed for by Jewels of the Reef. All jewelry will be inspected prior to the refund being processed.
